Back Story: “The story is that a long time a go there was a women named Mary and she was a witch. One day people started saying that their daughters are missing and one night a girl was under the spell and she was walking toward Mary. Her parents tried to stop her but she went out the door and when the parents followed her there was a women standing there with a wand. The girl’s father went back to get his gun and his neighbors came out with their guns and they all went after Mary. When Mary saw them she ran into the woods and a bullet it her in the hip. She fell and everybody came after her. They burned her the next day in fire. And while she was burning she was yelling and people called her Mary Bloody.”

Ritual: “All you have to do is go in the bathroom
1. Turn off all the lights.
2. Lock the door.
3. Turn on the water.
4. Say Mary Bloody Mary as many times as you can and she will appear.”

Result: “This women will come through the mirror and she will kill you.”

Back Story: “Bloody Mary was just a regular girl who lost her temper and killed girls. When they were dead, she would bathe in their blood to keep herself young. This is the story I read in “The daring book for Girls”.”

Ritual: “You go in your bathroom and turn off all the lights, then you hold a flashlight up to your face and say “Bloody Mary” 13 times.”

Result: “Bloody Mary will appear in the mirror and either scratch your face up, scare you to death, pull you into the mirror, or tell you your future. It is very rare that she tells you your future. She usually kills you or really scares you.”

Back Story: “The legend I heard as a child was of a woman named Mary White that was killed years ago by a jealous boyfriend by being pushed out a window along with a mirror. Legend is that he took the mirror back and she killed him. Whether she was pregnant or not was never said.”

Ritual: “Go into the bathroom with a kitchen knife and fill the sink with water. No candles needed. Stand in front of the mirror and say the name “Bloody Mary” or “Mary White” three times and she will appear.”

Result: “If the knife is small it will get larger. Mary will show up and attempt to come through the mirror and attack you. If you are lucky you will survive.”

Experience: “I played once with my brother and a friend and after we had said the name we looked in the mirror and there was a figure of a woman. What was strange was that the figure was taller than any of us. I remember trying to find a light switch but it was no longer there neither was the bathtub or toilet. Even freakier was hearing my brother groan. Once we finally did get out of the room I looked at my brother and there were scratches on his back. To this day he still has the scars. ”

Back Story: “Over here the legend is that Bloody Mary was a young girl. She was very sick and went into a coma and was presumed dead so they buried her in her back garden. (The story is set a long time ago, back in the days when they didn’t know what a coma was) Back in those days they had the death bell which they would hook up into the grave and if the person was still alive they would ring it to tell the people that they were still alive. At midnight a few days later Mary woke up and rang the bell. Nobody heard it. So she kept on ringing it, harder and harder until the string broke. Mary then started to claw at the coffin lid trying to get out. Her air supply was running out so she became frantic, clawing at the lid until her nails were broken and bloody, some of her fingers were worn back to the bone! By then her air had run out. She died. Now she waits to get her revenge on mankind for wrongfully burying her.”

Ritual: “In a dark room whilst holding a candle you chant Bloody Mary 3 times, turning around each time.”

Result: “First you hear her bell ringing and then she appears in the mirror to kill you. She is usually holding an old, rusty knife. If you look carefully her hands are all bloody, hence the name Bloody Mary. If you turn on the light she goes away and will haunt you, her victims are usually bloody and covered with deep fingernail scratches.”

Back Story: “I don’t know where she came from. She was murdered and her kids were taken form her and she wanted to get revenge on the person who took her kids and murdered them and who ever did this she was supposed to get revenge on.”

Ritual: “You turn all lights, sounds until it’s dark and no sound is being made. You and ONLY you can be in the place where you’re  doing it .It can be in front of any mirror, does not have to be in a bathroom. Light 6 candles and place them into a shape that looks like a pentagram. Light them all on the floor stand in the middle of the pentagram and in front of the mirror. Make sure the figure is big enough to where you can move freely.  Say Bloody Mary 3 times, and while you say it turn around 3 times, and say I’ve got your child 3 times, and turn 3 more times while u say it. And look real good into the mirror.”

Result: “Bloody Mary is supposed to come out of the mirror and ask if u have her kids and if u say no she will take her nails and scratch your face and leave 3 marks on your face and she will torture u until she gets revenge.”
