Homemade Boards & Planchettes
If you wish to view homemade boards, scroll down and click one of the categories!
This is just a real short page to give you an idea of what we’re looking for. If you make homemade talking boards, or planchettes, like I’ve said before, we’d love to show them off for you here on the site.
Just taking the time to notice the other boards that others have made, artists can get some ideas, and inspiration on how they may want to do their own. Some people may not know how to make one at all, and looking through other homemade pieces could even show them how to get started.
Lets not forget, also that these are all works of art, and deserve to be seen by everyone.
What we’re looking for
When you send a board, and/or planchette to us, we ask for only a few things from you.
1. Obviously, we would like your name (or alias)so we know who to give credit to. It might be a good idea to include where you’re from, city, state and so forth.
2. We need pictures of the boards, or planchettes. Otherwise, this is all pointless.
3. We need a short (or long)Â description on the board or planchette telling our readers how you went about making it.
4. If you’ve used your board, let us know about the results. Did it work? How well? Anything interesting happen?
5. Lastly, if ya can, give your entry a UNIQUE name. I dunno, “Bills goofy board” or something. Reason I ask this is because if you don’t, we’re going to have a ton of entries with the same boring titles such as “Woodburnt board”. Giving it a good name will not only help your board stand out, but it will also make it easier to find using the search feature, AND it will make my life a hell of a lot easier.
PLEASE!!!!
That’s it.
